How to prepare for your appointment

-Bringing in a few inspo photos will help me understand what look we are trying to achieve. When looking for inspiration photos it is always best to find photos with the same natural base/root color as you- this will give a more realistic idea of what it will look like on you! I will break down these photos with you to get a good idea of what you like and don’t like about the photos and what will work best for you!

-Arrive with clean, dry hair. This will not only help with a better application but will give me the best visual of your natural root color.

-Anything about your hair history and previous color I would like to know about it! By better knowing your hair history, I’ll be able to manage expectations and formulate accordingly.

-Budget: I want you to achieve your hair goals and also stay within your budget. I will always give you a range of what your pricing and maintenance looks like and if it exceeds your budget we can make plan accordingly to stay within that! Custom Color services are all inclusive, (custom color,toner,cut & style) and start at the base price + additional charge of extra bowls of color if needed.

POLICIES

-To reserve your appointment a card on file is required. Cancelling an appointment:

  • More than 48 hours: if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you will be rescheduled at no charge.

  • Less than 48 hours: if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

    All new clients are required to place a non-refundable deposit. This will go towards your service day of appointment. If you need to reschedule, the deposit is transferable (if 48 hour notice is given) but non refundable. Excessive rescheduling over a long period of time will result in having to place another deposit.

    - Contact: Allow 24-48 hours response time during week days. Any messages will be responded to during work week and not during off days/weekends. If you should reach out during that time you can expect a response my next working day. (TUES-FRI 10am-6PM) We are a TXT only salon, no phone calls or voicemails will be answered.     - Bringing unexpected guests/children to your appointment is not allowed(unless approved in advance)

    -Parking: We have parking directly in front of our salon in the front row, closest to our building and free street parking available on Cotanche St (one way street) before you turn into parking lot.

    -All services are non-refundable. Services are based at a starting price + additional for extra time/product needed.

    -I want you to love your hair! If for any reason you are unhappy with your color, please reach out within 1 week from your appointment for an adjustment at no charge. Services that require multiple sessions to reach your goal (such as blonding sessions/corrective color) or just a change of mind from the color previously discussed during the consultation will not be considered an adjustment/redo appointment.
